It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s not as noisy as the main Hyderabad markets, which we appreciate for our sanity. We do all our food product work right here in this space. The building isn't anything modern or glass-fronted, just a standard place in the colony where we could set up our equipment and storage. Most days, the air around here smells like whatever we are prepping, whether it is spices or grains. We have been in Secunderabad, specifically the 500026 area, for quite a while now. It’s a community where everyone kind of knows each other, or at least they recognize the faces on the street. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s a more hands-on, smaller setup. We spend hours dealing with ingredients and making sure everything is packed into the right containers. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, which is just part of living and working here in the colony. We just wait it out, maybe have some tea, and then get back to it. It’s honest work, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Just a local food business trying to keep things moving. We handle the cleaning, the cooking, and the deliveries ourselves most of the time. It keeps us busy from morning till late.
