Sri Sai Spices

We have been operating out of this spot for some time now. It’s a neighborhood where everyone kind of knows everyone else. We started out just doing a few things and then slowly added more. Our shop isn't very big, and we have bags of various spices stacked up to the ceiling in some corners. It gets a bit cramped when the new stock arrives, and we have to move things around just to walk through. We spend our days measuring out portions and talking to the people who stop by. We don't have a big team or a fancy management structure. It’s just us doing the work. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floor. We use simple scales and standard plastic bags for most things. There are no big logos or flashy displays here. We just try to keep the spices fresh and the prices fair so people keep coming back. Sometimes we run out of certain items because the supply from the market was short that week. We just tell folks how it is and they usually understand. It’s just a regular local business where we know our customers' names and what they usually need for their kitchens.
