We’re over at Plot No. 1004 and 1005 in Rama Reddy Nagar. That's in the Jeedimetla area of Hyderabad. Sri Lakshmi Industries Ltd. has been around for a long time now. This is a real industrial zone. There are factories everywhere and the roads are always full of lorries and delivery vans. Our place is big enough to handle all the manufacturing we do. It’s not a fancy office at all. It’s a factory floor with some office space tacked on at the front. We’ve got machines running most of the day. The smell of oil and metal is just part of the environment here. We have a good group of workers who have been with us for years. We don't have any big corporate mission statements on the walls. We just have the safety rules and the production schedule. That’s what really matters to us. We try to keep the quality consistent. If a batch isn't right, we fix it immediately. No excuses. Hyderabad is a fast-growing city, but Jeedimetla feels like the old-school heart of it. We like the grit of this place. It’s honest work. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. Our work speaks for itself when people see the parts we make. It gets incredibly hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and keep working. We aren't looking to become some global giant. We just want to run a solid business and provide for our families. It’s a simple goal but it keeps us busy every single day of the week here.
