We operate out of our space in Boudha Nagar, right beside the post office in Warasiguda. Most people in the neighborhood know us because we have been around for a while. We are not a big corporate catering company with a fleet of trucks. It is mostly just us and a few helpers we call when there is a big order. We started out cooking for small family functions nearby and it just grew from there. Our kitchen is busy mostly in the early mornings. We handle the cooking and the packing ourselves to make sure things are done right. We don't have a fancy office where you sit and look at brochures. Usually, people just come to our door and talk to us about what they need for their event. We do a lot of weddings and small parties around the 500361 area. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when we have three events on the same day. But we have learned how to manage over the years. We don't use a lot of fancy ingredients. We just use what we find at the local markets. The recipes are just things we have used in our own home for years. We don't really do any big marketing. Word of mouth from the neighbors is how we get most of our work. If someone likes the food at a party, they ask for our number. That is how it works for us in Warasiguda.
