We are Snackilicious Food, and we operate out of B-11/2 in Ida Uppal. If you walk by our place, you can usually smell whatever we are making that day. It’s a busy spot in the industrial area, so there’s always trucks coming in and out and people moving boxes. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of the machines and people talking over the noise. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is clean and the ingredients are ready to go. It’s a lot of manual work, even with the machines, because someone always has to be watching and checking the quality. We have a decent-sized team here, mostly local folks from around Uppal. We start early in the morning and keep going until the daily production is finished. Sometimes we stay late if there’s a big order that needs to get out by the next morning. It gets pretty hot inside with all the equipment running, but we have some fans to keep the air moving. We aren't a giant factory, just a regular-sized place trying to keep up with the demand. The floors get swept a dozen times a day because crumbs and flour get everywhere. It’s just the nature of the business. We don't have any fancy boardrooms, just the production floor and a small space for the office work. We just focus on making the food and getting it packed.
