We are Smaswa Consultants Pvt. Ltd., and our office is located at 41/14 Swaroop Complex in the Office Club section on Karve Road. It’s a pretty standard office setup in a busy part of town. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to clients on the phone. The Swaroop Complex is a big building, so it’s easy to get lost if you don’t know where you’re going. We’ve been here for several years now, and the office has definitely started to look lived-in. There are coffee stains on some of the desks and the chairs aren't the most ergonomic things you’ve ever sat in. We don't have a fancy mission or a list of core values on the wall. We just provide consulting services and try to give people honest advice based on what we know. The team is just a handful of people who get along well enough. We have our disagreements, of course, but that’s normal in any workplace. Karve Road is always busy, so there’s plenty of places to grab lunch nearby, which is one of the perks of being here. We aren't a high-flying firm with expensive suits and glass conference rooms. It’s just a few rooms with some computers and people trying to do their jobs well. We take things one day at a time and don't worry too much about being the best.
