Sivani Restaurant

Sivani Restaurant is easy to find if you’re in Dilsukhnagar. We are at number 106, right across from RS Bros and very close to the bus depot. If you’ve ever been to this part of Hyderabad, you know how crazy the traffic is. There are buses and people everywhere at all hours of the day. Because we are so close to the depot, we get a lot of travelers who are just arriving in the city or waiting for their bus to leave. They usually come in carrying bags and looking a bit tired. We don’t have much in the way of decor. It’s just a room with plenty of tables and chairs so people can sit down for a bit. The kitchen works non-stop because the flow of people never really ends until late at night. The air is always thick with the smell of spices and tea. Our waiters are used to the rush and they move fast to keep things moving. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new shops and buildings going up all around us, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same. It’s a noisy, hectic place to work, but we like being right in the middle of everything. You don’t come here for a quiet dinner; you come here because you’re hungry and you’re in Dilsukhnagar. We just provide a place to sit and eat before you head back to the chaos.
