Shree Lal Dhaba

Shree Lal Dhaba is located in Kutbiguda, right near the Ganesh Temple. It is a small place but we stay quite busy most days of the week. Hyderabad can get really hot, so we try to keep the seating as comfortable as we can for the people who come to eat. We are at 3-3-899/4 and mostly locals from the neighborhood stop by for their lunch or dinner. It is not like those big restaurants in the malls. We have a simple kitchen and a few tables. The smell of the food usually lets people know we are open. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the temple has a festival or when there is a lot of traffic on the road outside. We just focus on getting the food out on time. My staff has been with me for some time and we all know how things work. We do not have a big menu with a hundred items, just the things we know how to make properly. If you are around Kutbiguda, you can just ask anyone for the dhaba near the temple. We do not spend money on big ads or anything. We just open the shutters every morning and start the stove. It is a lot of work but it keeps us going. We like seeing the same faces every day. It feels like a small community here in this corner of the city.
