Schaltech Automation Pvt. Ltd.

We are based out of D-97A in Phase-I of the I.D.A. in Jeedimetla. This is an industrial area, so it’s all about work here. Schaltech Automation Pvt. Ltd. fits right in with the surrounding workshops and factories. Our building is a bit gray and looks like every other place on the block, but it works for what we do. We have some automation equipment in the back and a small office area up front. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the machines are running, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving. We aren't the kind of company that has a polished image or a fancy website. Most of our time is spent looking at controllers and wiring diagrams. We have a small crew of people who actually know how to fix things when they break. We don't have a receptionist; if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door opens it. It's a very hands-on place. We don't talk in corporate jargon. If something isn't working, we just say it’s broken and try to figure out why. There’s usually some grease on the tables and a few half-empty tea cups around. It’s not a showroom, it’s a place where things get built and tested. We’ve been in Jeedimetla long enough to know the neighbors and how things work in this part of town. The commute can be a bit of a slog, but we’ve all found our shortcuts.
