Santosh Dhaba

We've been at the Ahuja Estate near Palace Heights for quite a while now. Most people know us because we're right opposite the Santhosh Swapna theater in Abids. It’s a busy spot in Hyderabad, and we just try to keep things running every day. The kitchen gets busy, especially with the crowds coming from the theater area. We don't do anything too fancy here. Just a regular spot where you can sit down and have a meal without too much fuss. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit loud, but that's just how it is in this part of town. We've stayed in the same spot at 500001 for years. Most of the staff has been here a long time, so they know the regulars who walk in. It’s not a big corporate place or anything like that. Just a local dhaba where the lights are on and the food is ready. People usually find us easily because of the theater across the road. We open up in the morning and stay late till the last customers leave. It’s a lot of work keeping a place like this going in Abids, but we manage. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or big signs. If you’re around the palace heights area and need to eat, you’ll see us there. It's just a simple setup for anyone passing through. We aren't trying to change the world, just serving lunch and dinner to whoever stops by our door.
