Sai Sunitha Caterers

We are located over in Sitaphalmandi, not far from the Railway Degree College. It is a busy little area and we have been operating out of this spot at Ravindra Nagar for some time. Catering is one of those jobs where you never really know how the day is going to go. One day we might be doing a small lunch for a few people, and the next we are cooking for a huge crowd. We spend a lot of our time in the back, sorting through sacks of rice and fresh vegetables we got from the market. The kitchen is always noisy with the sound of knives on boards and water running. We try to keep everything organized, but when you are dealing with large amounts of food, things can get a bit messy. We just do our best to stay on top of it. Our workers are local people who know their way around a kitchen. We don't use any fancy machines, just regular cooking tools and a lot of elbow grease. Moving those heavy tiffins and crates can be tough, especially when the weather is hot. We just focus on getting the food cooked and delivered to whoever needs it. It’s a plain and simple business at 12-12-157/2, and we just take it one order at a time, hoping the traffic isn't too bad on the way out to the site.
