Sagar Papaji Ka Dhaba

This place has been around in Abids for quite some time. We are tucked away near Reddy hostel in the Hanuman Tekdi area. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad, always something happening on the streets outside. The dhaba style is what we know, so that's how we run things here. It's not about being fancy or having a lot of decorations on the walls. We have our regulars who come in from the hostel and the offices around Hanuman Tekdi. Some days are more crowded than others, usually in the evenings when everyone is looking for a meal after work. The kitchen is always going, and you can smell the food from the street. We just try to get the orders out as they come. Sometimes it takes a minute when it’s packed, but people don’t seem to mind much. We’ve got the old tables and the same staff who’ve been with us. It’s a simple routine every day. Open up, prep the vegetables, and wait for the first customer to walk through the door. It feels like home to us, mostly because we spend more time here than anywhere else. It’s just a dhaba in the middle of a busy city. Nothing complicated about it. We just keep doing what we've been doing for years and hope the city keeps growing around us. We aren't looking to change much or move anywhere else.
