Reshmis Resturant has been sitting here on Parklane for quite a while now. We're at 1-7-395 if you're looking for the door. It’s just a normal place where we cook food every day. Most mornings start early with getting the stove going and making sure the tables are wiped down properly. People from around the neighborhood stop by, some just for a quick bite and others stay a bit longer to chat. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the lunch rush, but that's just how it is in this business. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It's just chairs, tables, and the smell of whatever is cooking in the back. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but nobody seems to mind much. We try to keep things simple here. We buy our vegetables and stuff from the local markets around the 500003 area. It’s a lot of work running a restaurant, and some days are busier than others. Usually, you'll see the same few faces working behind the counter. We know a lot of the regulars by name now. Parklane can get pretty crowded with traffic, so we see a lot of people passing by. It's not a big corporate chain or anything, just us doing our thing day in and day out. If the lights are on, we’re probably inside prepping something or cleaning up. That's really all there is to tell. We just keep going.
