We are located over in Leela Nagar, which is a part of Begumpet that feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a business district. Our address at 7-1-29/C, Sunrise Homes, is right next to the Shantibagh Apartments. It’s a residential kind of area, so we don’t get that frantic city energy right at our doorstep, which is nice. Reliant Hospitality is basically us looking after these spaces and making sure people have what they need. We spend most of our mornings checking on the rooms and making sure the water heaters are doing their job. It’s a lot of mundane stuff, like making sure the trash is picked up and the common areas aren't too cluttered. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. We are just a small team of people who know this part of Hyderabad well. If you stay here, you’ll probably hear the neighbors or see kids playing outside. It feels a bit more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the lights stay on and the guests aren't complaining about the small things. The building at Plot No 4 to 8 is easy to spot once you get into the lane. We’ve been here for a while and most people find us through word of mouth. It’s a practical place for staying in the city without all the usual fuss.
