We’ve been here for a while and seen the neighborhood change a lot. The stairs up to our place can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. We spend most of our time dealing with customers who walk in from the street. It’s a lot of face-to-face work. The office isn't very large, and we have papers stacked up on most of the tables. It looks a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being in a good location where people pass by. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird humming noise, but it keeps the place cool enough. The view from the window is mostly just the road and other buildings. We're usually here from morning until late evening. It’s a family-owned operation, so there’s always someone you can talk to. We aren't part of some big chain, just a local business trying to keep things going. People know us for being straightforward and not making things more complicated than they need to be. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but you get used to it. We keep our doors open for anyone.
