Port Lounge (P K Hospital Pvt Ltd)

Our lounge is located on the 1st floor of the Rajiv Gandhi Terminal, specifically in the international departures area at Begumpet. Since we are inside the terminal, we see a lot of people who are waiting for their flights or dealing with travel paperwork. It’s a space where you can sit down for a while and get away from the main rush of the airport floor. We have some chairs and tables set up, and it’s a bit more relaxed than standing around the gate. Port Lounge is managed by P K Hospital Pvt Ltd, so we keep an eye on things and try to make sure the environment is decent for anyone passing through. Begumpet is a bit of an older terminal now, so it has a different feel compared to the newer airports. The air conditioning works most of the time, and we try to keep the noise levels down so people can rest their eyes or read a book. It’s not a five-star hotel lounge, just a practical place to wait before you have to board. We see people from all over the place, and everyone is usually in a bit of a hurry or looking a bit tired from their travels. We just offer a place to sit and some basic comforts while you wait for your departure time to come around. It can get busy during late hours when several flights are scheduled at once.
