Our place is located on Road No. 3 in Banjara Hills. It’s a well-known area, but our spot is just a regular building at Plot No. 10. We work with edible products, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about ingredients and how they hold up during transport. We aren't a fancy boutique shop; we’re more of a behind-the-scenes operation. We started Pinak Edibles because we saw a lot of stuff on the shelves that just wasn't very good. We figured we could do a bit better by just keeping things simple and not adding a bunch of stuff that doesn’t need to be there. Our office at New No. 21 is usually full of samples and crates. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or moving boxes. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things go wrong, like a late shipment or a broken seal. We just deal with it and move on. Banjara Hills is a busy place to be, and it keeps us on our toes. We don’t use fancy slogans. We just try to put out food items that are worth the price. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We're just regular people trying to run a decent shop. We keep working until the job is done.
