Peth Puja Restaurants

Attapur has been our neighborhood for a long time, right near the Pochamma Temple. We are located near Pillar Number 143, which makes it easier for people to find us when they are driving down the main road. The area is always busy with people going to the temple or heading towards Hyderguda. Peth Puja Restaurants is a simple place where we focus on the cooking. We get started early in the morning, getting the rice and the curries ready for the day. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually quite loud with the sound of the exhaust fan and the pressure cookers. We have rows of tables that have seen better days, but they are clean and sturdy. The traffic from the flyover creates a bit of a drone, but once you’re inside, you mostly just hear the clatter of plates. We don't bother with fancy plating or expensive decor. We just want to make sure the food is ready and the water glasses are full. The staff is just a few local guys who know the neighborhood well. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch over to the manual backup, which is always a bit of a headache. But that’s just how it is running a business in this part of Hyderabad. We’ve been at this spot for years and know most of the people who walk in regularly for their lunch.
