Persis Restaurant

Persis Restaurant is located in the Paradise Building, right in the area they call Paradise in the 500003 zip code. It is a well-known spot for most folks who live around here. We have been operating out of this building for a long time. It’s not a very complicated setup we have going. The kitchen takes up a good chunk of the space, and the rest is for the tables where people sit down to eat. We don't have any flashy signs or anything that looks too modern. It is just a straightforward place to get a meal. The staff is usually busy with something, whether it is prepping the vegetables or cleaning up after a rush. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some people are just passing through and stop because they saw the name on the building. Others come every week because they live nearby. We try to keep things consistent, even if the building is showing its age a little bit. It is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside our doors. We don't spend time writing out big manifestos or anything like that. We just show up in the morning, get the food started, and stay until the last customer leaves. It's honest work and we have been doing it this way for quite some time now. Just a local spot in Paradise where people eat and we do our jobs.
