Pearson School

If you head out to Kompally, you will find Pearson School located at Survey No 149 -150. This part of Rangareddy has grown so much in the last decade, and we have seen the landscape change from open fields to busy roads and shops. Our school sits on a decent-sized plot, and we spend a lot of our time just managing the day-to-day needs of the students and the building. It is not a flashy place with high-tech gadgets in every corner. We have simple classrooms where teachers do their work using basic tools. The sun can be quite harsh in this part of the state, so the afternoons can get a bit warm in the rooms. We have a small playground where the kids blow off some steam during their breaks. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been with us for a while. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy brochures. Most people find us because they live in the nearby colonies or heard about us from a neighbor. There is always something that needs attention, like a gate that won't close properly or a cupboard that needs a new lock. We just handle these things as they come up. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We focus on the lessons and making sure the children are safe until their parents come to pick them up at the end of the day. It’s a normal, busy school.
