Padma Sri Masalas

We are located at New Mettuguda, right on the Inner Ring Road at 12-7-295. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of noise and traffic going by. It gets quite dusty too, so we have to keep the doors mostly shut. Inside, we are busy with Padma Sri Masalas. The smell of the chilies and turmeric hits you the moment you walk in. Sometimes it makes us sneeze, especially when we are grinding the big bags. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s a bit crowded inside with all the sacks of raw spices and the grinding machines taking up space. We start our day early, usually before the traffic on the Inner Ring Road gets too heavy. There are a few of us here just doing the basic work of sorting and milling. The floor is always covered in a bit of yellow or red dust from whatever we worked on that morning. It’s just how it is in this kind of business. We don't have any fancy showroom or anything. It's just a work site where we produce what's needed. People from around New Mettuguda know the building well enough. We keep the machines running most of the day unless there is a break for tea. It's a lot of lifting and moving things from one corner to the other. We just try to keep up with the daily tasks and get the orders ready.
