Olive Garden Multicuisine Restaurant

Our place is at 1-98/90/1 on the Hitech City Main Road in Madhapur. We are directly opposite the Adidas store, which makes us pretty easy to find if you’re walking around this part of Hyderabad. This area is always full of people working in the nearby tech offices. It’s a fast-paced environment and we try to keep up with it. The main road is almost always jammed with traffic, especially in the evenings. We’ve been here for a while now, serving a variety of food to the office crowd. It’s not a quiet job. The kitchen is always noisy and there’s a lot of shouting back and forth to get orders right. We have a lot of different things on the menu because people around here have all sorts of tastes. Managing the inventory for a multicuisine setup is quite a task. Sometimes we run out of specific ingredients and have to make do. The rent in Madhapur is no joke, so we have to stay busy to keep the doors open. I spend a lot of my time behind the counter or checking on the tables. It’s a bit cramped when it’s full, but that’s just the way the building is. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, cook, and clean. It’s a practical business and we are just trying to make it work in a competitive area where new places open every week.
