We are over on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills. The building is 8-2-682/3. It’s a well-known area in Hyderabad, and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a good while. The restaurant is spread out enough that you don't feel too cramped. We have a lot of different dishes on the menu because we like to give people options. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us for years and some newer faces. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen prepping before the lunch rush starts. Banjara Hills can get really busy with traffic, so we see a lot of people stopping in to escape the noise of the road for a bit. The interior isn't anything too crazy, just comfortable seating and some decent lighting. We try to keep things running smoothly, but on busy Friday nights, it can get a little chaotic. That’s just the nature of the business. We focus on getting the food out hot and making sure people have water on the table. We don't use any fancy tablets for ordering, just the old-fashioned way with paper and pen. It’s a straightforward operation. We like seeing the regular faces who come in every week. It makes the long shifts feel a bit more like we're just cooking for friends. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit hot, but we manage just fine.
