We are located over in Jubilee Hills, specifically on Road No: 81 at Plot No: 409. It’s a nice part of Hyderabad, though the hills can make the drive a bit interesting during the monsoon rains. Our work is all about solar energy and the structures that hold the panels up. It’s very much an engineering-focused environment here. If you walked into our office, you’d see a lot of blueprints spread out and people debating over measurements. We aren’t a corporate giant with thousands of employees; we’re a dedicated group that just knows a lot about steel and sun. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, though it gets busy when a big project is about to start. We don't use much marketing talk because the work usually speaks for itself once the installations are finished. Most of our day is spent calculating loads or talking to vendors about materials. We have a small kitchen area where we all gather for lunch, usually sharing whatever people brought from home. It’s a good way to stay connected. We don’t really care for being flashy. We just want to make sure the structures we design are solid and do what they’re supposed to do for years. It’s about being reliable and getting the details right without making a big fuss about it. That’s just how we’ve always done things here in Phase-3 and we plan to keep at it for a long time.
