Noodle Bar & Restaurant

We are located on the ground floor of the Hyderabad Central Mall, right at the Panjagutta X Roads. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is always a crowd passing by our windows. We do noodles and some other dishes that people like. The kitchen is right there behind the counter, so you can usually hear the pans clanking. We have been in this mall for quite some time now. It’s a convenient spot for shoppers who need a break from walking around the floors. The seating is basic, just standard chairs and tables that get moved around a lot. We don’t spend much on advertising; people usually just see us while they are out shopping. Sometimes the mall music gets a bit loud, but we get used to it. Our staff works in shifts to cover the whole day from morning till the mall closes up. We keep a stack of menus at the entrance for people to look at. The floor gets a bit scuffed from all the foot traffic, but we mop it down every night. It’s a practical place to grab a bite. We don't do anything too fancy with the plating. The food comes out hot and we try to get it to the table quickly. Most of the time it's just families or groups of friends stopping in for thirty minutes or so. We just keep our heads down and do the work. The mall security guards often stop by for their breaks too.
