New Santosh Dhaba

New Santosh Dhaba is located at Plot No 15-8-234/5 on Gosha Mahal Road. We are in the Begum Bazar area of Hyderabad, quite close to the Vande Mataram School. Begum Bazar is a very old and crowded market area, and we fit right in with the surrounding bustle. We operate as a dhaba, so the atmosphere is casual and a bit noisy. We don't have any fancy air conditioning or velvet chairs. It’s just a place to sit down and eat some good, heavy food. The kitchen is always active, and you can usually smell what’s cooking from down the street. We use big pots and open flames, which is the way we’ve always done it. Most of our customers are traders from the market or parents picking up kids from the nearby school. We don't have a website or a big social media page. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for people to come in. It’s a lot of manual work, chopping vegetables and cleaning up after the rush, but we don't mind. We try to keep the flavors consistent so people know exactly what they are getting when they order. It's a simple life here on Gosha Mahal Road. We just focus on the cooking and making sure everyone gets their food without waiting too long. That is how we have always run things.
