New Masala Kitchen

We are located at Badruka Enclave on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills. Hyderabad is a massive city, and Banjara Hills is one of those places where everything is always changing. New Masala Kitchen is tucked away a bit, but we’ve been here long enough that people know where to find us. We don't have a big corporate office or a PR team. It’s just us working in the kitchen and the dining area. The 500034 area is quite busy with offices and homes, so we get a real mix of people. Some are in a hurry to get back to work, while others stay for a bit longer. We don't believe in making things complicated. We just cook and serve. The rent in this part of town is high, and the competition is everywhere, so we just focus on our own work. Sometimes the traffic on Road No 12 makes it hard for people to park, which is a bit of a headache. We have a small team, and we’ve all been working together for a while now. It’s not always perfect. Sometimes a dish takes a bit longer or we are short-handed, but we always try to make it right. We are just a local kitchen trying to stay afloat and serve the neighborhood. It’s honest work and we like doing it here in Badruka Enclave. We just take each day as it comes.
