New Anand Vihar Restaurant

We are over at 3-6-237 on Liberty X Road in Himayat Nagar. It’s a well-known corner in this part of town. The building is older, and we’ve been here for a good amount of time now. People know us for being a straightforward place to sit down and have a meal without any fuss. It isn't like those new cafes with bright lights and loud music. We have the same old tables and chairs we've had for years. It feels like home to many of the older folks who live around here. During the lunch hour, the place gets quite full with office workers from the nearby buildings. We try to keep the service moving, but sometimes it takes a minute when we are totally packed. Himayat Nagar is always moving, and we are just one small part of that daily rhythm. We don't have a website or a fancy social media page. We just open the doors in the morning and close them at night. Most people find us because their parents brought them here when they were kids or they work nearby. It’s just a regular restaurant. We handle all the cooking ourselves and make sure everything is clean. The area has changed a lot with new shops opening, but Liberty X Road still has that familiar feel. We are just happy to be a part of the daily routine for the people in the 500029 area. Just a simple place for simple food.
