Mughal Restaurant

You can find us in Habeeb Mansion over at Lakdi Ka Pool. We are right opposite Vasavi Hospital and next to the Sensation Theatre. It’s a very busy intersection in Hyderabad, so there’s always something happening outside our windows. People coming out of the movies or visiting the hospital often end up here for a meal. We’ve been part of this building for quite some time now. Mughal Restaurant is just a straightforward place to eat. We don't have any big plans to change things up because what we do seems to work for the people around here. The staff knows the menu by heart and we don't really use anything too technical. It’s mostly just hands-on work in the kitchen every day. Some days the traffic at Lakdi Ka Pool is so bad that people just walk in to wait it out. We don't have much of a lobby, so they just sit at a table and order something. It’s a bit loud sometimes with the city sounds, but that’s Hyderabad for you. We just keep cooking and cleaning up after the rush. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s our job. We keep the place running from morning to night and hope the food is what people were looking for. No bells or whistles here, just a regular restaurant where we do our best to keep things moving along for our customers.
