M/S.Mte Industries Pvt Ltd. is located over at 58/A in the SV Co-Op Industrial Estate in Bala Nagar. This area is one of the older industrial parts of Hyderabad, and it has a very specific feel to it. You will find a lot of workshops and manufacturing units all packed together here. Our place is a large shed-like structure that houses all our machinery and tools. It is noisy and can get quite dusty, but that is just how industrial estates are. We spend most of our time on the shop floor rather than sitting in air-conditioned offices. The workers here have been with us for years, and they know the machines inside and out. We do not have a fancy website or a big marketing team; we just focus on making things. The office part is just a small corner with a few desks and a lot of ledgers and technical manuals. We get our tea from a guy who comes around on a cycle every afternoon. During the monsoon, the roads around here can get a bit muddy, but we manage to keep the deliveries moving. It is a tough, honest environment where everyone works hard. We do not use any corporate jargon here. We just talk about the day’s production and what needs to be shipped out by the evening. It is a simple way of working that has kept us going for a long time.
