Moksh Restaurant

You can find us over at Karbala Maidan, right near the Biligiri Hotel on the main road. Being close to Necklace Road in Hyderabad means we get a lot of people who are out for a walk by the water. The address is D No 5-4-187, and we've been in this spot for a while now. The restaurant gets quite full on the weekends when families are out. We don't have a big corporate team behind us; it's just a group of people who know how to cook and serve food. The kitchen is tucked away in the back, and it's always busy with the sounds of chopping and water running. We don't use fancy tablecloths or anything like that. We just have sturdy tables and chairs that can handle the crowd. Sometimes the humidity from the lake makes things a bit sticky, so we keep the fans going at full speed. We see the same faces coming in week after week, which is nice. We don't spend time on social media or advertising; people just know we are here. If you're looking for us, look for the sign near the Maidan. We’re usually there from morning until late at night, making sure the floors are swept and the plates are clean for the next person who walks in. We also keep a few stools outside for people who are just waiting for a parcel to be ready. It’s a simple way of working.
