We set up Midwest Caterers Pvt Ltd a while back over here in East Marredpally. Our office is on the first floor of H No 10-3-3-13/2. It is usually pretty busy around here especially when we have big orders coming in for weddings or office parties. Most of the time it is just us talking about menus and checking on supplies. We started this because we liked feeding people and it just grew from there. The kitchen gets hot and loud but that is how it goes in this line of work. People around Secunderabad know where to find us. We don't really do much fancy advertising or anything like that. Mostly folks just hear about us from their neighbors or friends who had us cook for their events. We try to keep things organized but sometimes when three weddings happen on the same day it gets a bit chaotic. That is just part of the job I guess. We spend a lot of time making sure the food is ready on time and that the trucks are loaded properly. It's a lot of manual work and long hours on our feet. We have a small team here and most of us have been working together for years now. We know how each other works which helps when things get stressful. If you come by the office you might see us going through lists or taking calls. It isn't a flashy place just a workspace where we get things done.
