Masala Restaurant

Masala Restaurant is located at 1100, on Road No 36 in Jubilee Hills. If you know Hyderabad, you know this road is always packed with cars and people. Our building is right in the middle of all that noise and movement. We’ve been at this address for a good number of years now. It’s a straightforward setup where we just focus on getting the cooking done. We don't have a team of marketing people or anything like that. It’s just us and the staff who have been here for a long time. The mornings are usually spent dealing with the suppliers and making sure we have enough of everything for the day. Jubilee Hills is a bit of an upscale area, but our place is quite simple and down-to-earth. We don't go in for fancy lighting or expensive furniture. It’s just chairs, tables, and a kitchen that stays busy from morning till night. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when the dinner rush hits, but we do what we can to keep things moving along. We have to deal with the usual city problems like parking and traffic, which can be a bit of a headache for us and the customers. But we like being in this part of town. It’s got a lot of energy. We just show up every day, do the work, and close up late at night. That is pretty much our story here.
