Mainland China Chinese Restaurant

We are located right on Road No 1 in Banjara Hills, specifically on the first floor of GS Plaza. If you know this part of town, you know the traffic can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve been here at Mainland China for a long time, watching the neighborhood grow and change around us. The restaurant isn't new, and we like that we've stayed consistent over the years. Our kitchen team has their routine down to a science, from the morning prep to the late-night cleanup. It’s a practical space, nothing overly decorative, just a solid place to eat. We get a lot of regulars who live nearby or work in the local offices. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, or a table wobbles, but we try to fix things as we notice them. The address is 8-2-672, and being on the first floor gives a bit of a view of the street below. We handle a lot of take-out orders too, especially in the evenings when people are heading home. It’s a straightforward operation. We focus on the cooking and making sure everyone has a clean place to sit. There’s no secret to it, just showing up every day and doing what we do. Banjara Hills is a busy place, but once you step inside, it’s a bit quieter. We like it that way. Most nights are pretty full, but we manage.
