You can find Mahimanjali Food Products over in Sri Vani Nagar. We are located in the HMT Swarnapuri Colony area of Miyapur. It is a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, which suits our way of working just fine. We have a small setup where we prepare our food items. It started out as a hobby in a home kitchen before it grew into this small business. We do not use heavy industrial equipment because we like things to feel a bit more traditional. My aunt and a couple of women from the street come in to help with the prep work most mornings. We do not have a big sign out front, so you really have to know where you are going to find us. The smell of whatever we are cooking usually fills the air, which the neighbors do not seem to mind too much. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to dash to the local market at the last minute. It is a very hands-on way to work. We do not have a fancy website or a sales team. Most of our orders come from people in the colony or friends of friends who know our quality. We write down all the orders in a big ledger book that stays on the counter. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. Life moves a bit slower here compared to the busy main roads.
