Maa Santoshi Dhaba

We are located in New Osmangunj, right in the middle of the market. Our shop is at 320/3 and 4 on the ground floor of the New Osmangunj Complex. If you are looking for us, we are in the lane that is directly opposite the Gowliguda Telephone Exchange. It gets pretty crowded around here during the day with all the vehicles and people moving through the complex. We have been here for a while now, just doing our thing and serving food to whoever stops by. The kitchen starts early because there is always something to prep or clean before the first person walks in. It isn't a fancy place, just some tables and chairs where you can sit down and eat. Most of our regulars are people who work nearby or come to the market for their business. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the market is at its busiest, but that is just how it is in Hyderabad. We just focus on keeping the food ready and the plates clean. There is always a lot of washing up to do, especially after the lunch rush ends. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled. It is hard work but we are used to the rhythm of this lane. We don't really change much, just stay open and wait for the next customer to walk through the door.
