Kwality Photonics Pvt.Ltd.

Kwality Photonics Pvt.Ltd. is based at 29 A & B in the Electronic Complex. This is over in Kushaiguda. The complex has a lot of different businesses all doing similar technical work. Our building is a bit older, but it serves us well. We have two units, A and B, which we’ve connected for our operations. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the shelves and equipment. We deal with photonics, which means a lot of precision. The work is mostly done at small stations. Kushaiguda is a busy area, but the Electronic Complex itself stays relatively quiet during the day. We don't get many walk-in customers. Most of our work is done through orders that come in over the phone or through the mail. We keep a regular schedule. We arrive early, check what needs to be assembled, and get to work. The tea lady comes by twice a day, which is something we all look forward to. We don't have any big posters or mission statements on the walls. We just have the diagrams we need and some old photos of the team from a few years back. It’s a comfortable enough place to spend the day. We aren't interested in being flashy or sounding like a big corporation. We just like the technical side of things and being part of the community here in Kushaiguda.
