Kshetra Vegetarian Restaurant

We are tucked away in the Rock Dale Compound in Somajiguda, right beside the Eenadu office. If you know Hyderabad, you know Somajiguda is a hectic place to be. But once you turn into the compound, it feels a little different. Kshetra Vegetarian Restaurant has been operating from this spot for a good while. We don’t have a big sign out on the main road that flashes, so people usually find us because they already know we are here. Being next to a big office like Eenadu means we get a lot of people coming in during their lunch breaks. They are usually in a hurry, so we have to be quick. The restaurant isn't decorated with anything expensive. It’s just tables and chairs and a kitchen that stays busy from morning till night. We focus purely on vegetarian food, which is what we know how to do. There isn't any fancy philosophy behind it; it’s just the way the restaurant was started. The staff works hard, often in a hot kitchen, to make sure the food is ready on time. We don't use a lot of marketing or social media stuff. Most of our customers are people who work nearby or live in the area and want a simple meal. It’s a functional place. We just show up, cook, serve, and clean up at the end of the shift.
