Krishna Pearls & Jewellers

Working at Krishna Pearls & Jewellers means spending our days inside the Hotel Taj Krishna Shopping Arcade. It is a nice enough place, right in Banjara Hills, which is usually quite a bustling part of town. Our shop is tucked into the arcade, and we spend a lot of time just making sure everything is sitting right in the cases. It’s a bit different from a standalone store on the street because we get a lot of people just walking through from the hotel. We’ve got the items all set up, but it’s not about being flashy. We just sit here and talk to whoever comes in. Sometimes it’s busy, and sometimes we are just cleaning the glass and waiting for the next person to stop by. Banjara Hills has changed a lot over the years, but the arcade stays pretty much the same. We know the other shop owners around here, and we usually grab a coffee or a quick bite from one of the nearby spots when things are quiet. It is a small space, really, but it fits everything we need. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We are just Krishna Pearls & Jewellers, and we’ve been at this address for a long time now. The light in the arcade is good for looking at things, and that’s basically what our day looks like. Just being here, greeting people, and looking after the shop.
