Kokam Kitchen Restaurant

We started Kokam Kitchen Restaurant because we wanted a place to cook the food we like. It’s right here in Upparpally at the Pnr Complex on the ground floor. If you are coming down the PVNR Express Way, you just look for Pillar No 182 and we are right nearby. Shop numbers 8 and 9 are where we keep the stoves running every day. Most days it gets pretty busy around lunch time, but we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. We didn't want a fancy place, just somewhere people can sit and eat without a big fuss. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the neighborhood well. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure everything is ready for the day. Sometimes we run out of certain items if it's a crowded evening, but that’s just how it goes with fresh food. We’ve been at this address in Hyderabad for a while now. People usually find us by spotting the sign from the main road while they are driving. It isn't a huge space, but it fits enough tables for families and friends to sit together. We try to keep the floors clean and the drinking water cold. It’s just a regular spot for a meal when you don't feel like cooking at home. We open up early to get the prep work done. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. Just a kitchen and some tables.
