Kholanis A Multicuisine Restaurant

Our place is located right in the middle of the Abids area in Hyderabad, specifically in the Needs Arcade. It gets pretty loud outside because of the traffic and all the shoppers walking around. We are right next to the Mayuri pan shop, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We have been here for a while now, serving different kinds of food to whoever walks through the door. The kitchen stays hot all day and the staff is always moving around with plates. Sometimes the lunch rush gets a bit hectic and we have to scramble to get the tables cleared fast enough. We do a bit of everything when it comes to the menu because that’s what people around here seem to like. It is not a very big space but we make it work with the tables we have. We spend our mornings getting the ingredients ready and making sure the floors are mopped before the first customers show up. Most of the people who eat here are regulars from the nearby offices or families out for a weekend meal. It’s just a normal restaurant run by people who know the neighborhood well. We don't do anything too fancy, just the regular cooking and cleaning that comes with running a kitchen in a busy spot like Abids. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we do every day.
