Our place is in the Prime Plaza Building, right in the Himayat Nagar area of Hyderabad. It’s a good location, especially being beside the Woodland showroom. The traffic on this road is usually a mess, so we get a lot of people who stop in just to escape the heat and the noise for a bit. Inside, we have a pretty standard setup. We spend our shifts breading chicken and checking the fryers. It's not a complicated process, but it requires staying on your toes. We get a mix of office workers during the week and families on the weekends. Sometimes the delivery drivers are all lined up at the door, which makes it feel a bit crowded. We just try to manage the flow as best as we can. Our staff isn't trained in fancy hospitality; we are just regular people working a job. We make sure the bins are emptied and the floors aren't greasy. It’s honest work. The building itself is quite busy with other shops, so there’s always someone coming in or out. We don't have any grand claims to make. We just open up the shop, serve the food, and handle the daily chores that come with running a restaurant. If you're in the 500029 area, you’ve probably walked past our door many times. We're just a familiar spot in the neighborhood for anyone who needs a quick bite.
