Kamat Restaurant

We are located right in the middle of Abids on J N Road. It’s a very busy part of Hyderabad, as anyone who lives here knows. Our place is in the NTR Estate. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Ramkrishna Film Talkies. That cinema hall has been a landmark for ages. People come and go for movies, and the whole street gets really packed in the evenings. It’s a lively spot to be in. The address is 500001, so it’s right in the heart of the city’s older commercial area. We see a lot of shoppers and people working in the nearby offices. The building we are in is quite sturdy. There’s always the smell of the city outside, a mix of everything. Sometimes it’s dusty, sometimes it’s just the smell of rain on the road. We’ve been here for a good while. It's not a quiet place, but that's why we like it. You get to see all kinds of people walking by. Some are in a hurry, others are just window shopping around Abids. It gets particularly crowded during the festival seasons. We just open up and go about our day. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here.
