You can find us at Plot No. 63 in Kamalapuri Colony, right across from the India Petrol Pump. Sree Aswini Dry Fruits Spices is a small shop, but it smells amazing because of all the things we keep here. We have big jars of almonds, cashews, and raisins, plus all the spices you’d need for a good kitchen. We spend a lot of our day weighing out bags of cardamom, cloves, and turmeric. Our hands usually smell like black pepper or cinnamon by the time we go home. It’s a nice way to spend the day. The shop is located in a good spot, so we see a lot of people who are just stopping by after filling up their tanks at the petrol pump. We try to keep everything fresh. It’s a lot of work checking the stock and making sure the nuts are crunchy and the spices haven't lost their kick. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know the difference between the different grades of cashews. Customers often ask us for advice on which spice is better for a certain dish, and we’re happy to tell them what we know. It’s a simple, honest business. We like the residents of Kamalapuri Colony; they’ve been very kind to us over the years. We aren't trying to be a big supermarket. We just want to provide good, simple food ingredients to the people who live nearby.
