Life in Banjara Hills is always moving fast, and we are right in the middle of it. Our kitchen at Road No. 14 is where Indosweden Foods Private Limited actually happens. We started this thing a while back, and it is mostly just us trying to figure out what people want to eat today. Some days are slow, while on others we can hardly keep up with the tickets. The address at Amrutha Enclave is where we spend most of our waking hours. It is not a fancy corporate office, just a workspace where things get done. We deal with a lot of different ingredients every morning. Sometimes the Swedish side of the name gets a bit confusing for the local palate, but we make it work somehow. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we walk to work or take the bus. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to get through the lunch rush without dropping anything. It gets incredibly hot in the kitchen during the summer months, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. If you are around Road 14, you have probably seen our sign out front. It is nothing special, just a place where we make food and hope people like it enough to come back. Most of the time, we are just focusing on the next order and making sure the fridge is stocked for tomorrow morning. This whole thing started because we liked cooking, and now it is a full-time job for the six of us. We keep the floors clean and the pots scrubbing all day long.
