Ruchi Food Products

We are located at Plot No 14 and 15 in Phase I. Ruchi Food Products has been here for a while, making different food items right on the premises. Being in Phase I means we are surrounded by other small factories, but ours usually smells a bit better. We have a lot of people working here, mostly from the nearby areas. The work starts very early because we have to get things ready for the day's production. There's always a lot of activity, with people moving supplies and checking the machines. It’s a noisy place with the sound of packing and cooking going on all at once. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come by, you'll just see us in our aprons and hats, busy with the ingredients. Sometimes the recipes take a bit of tweaking, or a machine breaks down right when we need it most. We just fix it and keep going. The floor is always being cleaned, but it’s hard to keep it perfect with so much going on. We don't use any big corporate language; we’re just a local food business. We care about what we make and hope people like it. It’s a lot of long hours and standing on your feet, but we enjoy the rhythm of it. Being at Plot No 14 and 15 feels like home to us now. It’s just what we do. We try to keep it simple and focus on the food.
