Hy-Magnetics (P) Ltd is based out of B-191 in Sainikpuri. It’s a bit of a quieter area compared to the industrial zones. Our office is tucked away, and it’s a nice place to get work done without too many distractions. We work with magnetic components and related technical gear. It’s specialized stuff, so we don't get a lot of random walk-ins. Most of our interactions are with long-term clients who know exactly where to find us. The space inside B-191 is mostly desks, testing equipment, and some shelves for our stock. We’ve been here for a good number of years. Sainikpuri has a nice feel to it, with more trees and less dust than other parts of the city. We have a small, dedicated team. Everyone knows their role, so we don't need much supervision. We spend a lot of our time on quality checks and making sure the magnets meet the right specs. It’s precise work, but we enjoy it. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy lobby. We just have our workspace and our tools. Sometimes we sit out front during our tea breaks and just watch the street. It’s a peaceful way to run a business.
