Hyderabad Public School

The Hyderabad Public School is located right in Begumpet at 1-11-87 and 88. It’s a huge property, and many people in the city know the gates well. We’ve been here for a very long time, and the buildings show that history. It’s not one of those brand-new glass structures you see popping up elsewhere. It’s got old stone and wide spaces. Running a place this size takes a lot of daily effort. We are constantly walking from one end to the other to check on things. The staff spends a lot of time just keeping up with the maintenance of such a large area. It’s a busy place, especially in the mornings when everyone is arriving at once. We don't go in for much promotional talk because the school has been a part of the Begumpet landscape forever. We focus on the basics—making sure the classrooms are ready and the grounds are kept up. It can be a bit overwhelming at times with so many people, but there’s a rhythm to it that works. We have a lot of trees and open ground, which is rare for this part of town. It’s not perfect; some of the older corners need work, and the traffic outside is always a struggle. But it’s our place. We show up, do the work, and get ready for the next day. It’s a lot of practical, local history happening every single morning.
