Humpi Restaurant

Humpi Restaurant is sitting at 251 A in the MLA Colony, right on Road No 12 in Banjara Hills. It is a busy part of Hyderabad to be in. We have been here for some years now, serving the people who live around here and those who come for work. The restaurant is not very large, but we have enough room for several tables. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our customers find us because they live nearby or walk past on their way somewhere else. The kitchen stays pretty busy throughout the day, especially during the lunch and dinner hours. It gets a bit hot back there, but we are used to it. We keep the place simple with basic furniture and a clean floor. There is no corporate management here, just us making sure the food is ready and the tables are cleared. Road No 12 can be a nightmare for parking sometimes, so a lot of our customers just walk over. We don't have a big mission or anything like that. We just want to serve a meal that fills people up so they can get back to their day. It’s a lot of manual work, cleaning and prepping vegetables every morning. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done to keep the doors open and the stove running for the local crowd. It is just us.
