Gayatri Foods

Gayatri Foods is based out of Numaish Camp. It’s an interesting area to be in, especially when there are events or more people around than usual. Our setup is quite basic. We focus on food products and getting them ready for the local market. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we store things and handle the orders. It’s often a bit dusty around the camp, but we keep the inside as clean as we can. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of food handling. It’s not glamorous work. There are a lot of heavy bags and crates to move around. We don't have a big corporate office or fancy titles. Everyone just pitches in to get the trucks loaded and the paperwork finished. The weather can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, especially when it’s hot, but we just get on with it. We’ve been here at Numaish Camp for a good while, so we know the local layout and the people around here. It’s just a regular local business where we show up every morning and do what needs to be done. We don't make a big deal out of it; we just keep the food moving. It can be exhausting by the time we close up, but that is just part of the job. We keep things simple and try to stay organized.
